Terms & Conditions — 777se Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "777se", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 777se platform, its operating entity, and all associated services available at 777se.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the 777se platform and uses any part of the services offered.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on 777se.org.
• "Platform" — the 777se website, mobile interface, games library, sportsbook, live casino, and all related tools and services accessible via 777se.org.
• "Services" — all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, instant games, bonuses, and customer support facilities provided by 777se.
• "Wallet" — the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account on the 777se Platform.
• "Wager" — any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game or sporting event via the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification documentation required by 777se's regulatory obligations.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the sole transactional currency of the 777se Platform.

By accessing the 777se Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777se Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777se with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to the Platform and refrain from registering an Account.

To be eligible to register and use the 777se Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable under any circumstance.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing Account on the 777se Platform under any name, email address, device, or payment method.
• You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary through the 777se Platform or imposed by a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Your participation in online gambling is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you personally or in your jurisdiction.

To access the full range of 777se Services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the 777se support team immediately.

777se reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. Players are permitted to hold only one Account. The operation of duplicate Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• Registration information must be truthful and match your official identity documents.
• Accounts registered using false names, fictitious identities, or another person's credentials will be permanently closed.
• 777se may request KYC documentation — including a copy of your CNIC, passport, or proof of address — at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 777se may result in Account suspension or closure.

All financial transactions on the 777se Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777se supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds, along with any applicable processing times, are published on the 777se Cashier page and may be updated periodically.

Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmed receipt from your chosen payment provider. 777se is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network congestion, or bank processing times beyond 777se's control. If a deposit is not reflected in your Wallet within a reasonable timeframe, you should contact the 777se support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method associated with your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. 777se reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, including identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be declined or suspended pending further investigation.

• Funds deposited on the 777se Platform must be used for gaming purposes. Deposits made without any gaming activity may be flagged for review.
• Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another player or receive funds in another player's name.
• Any attempt to reverse or charge back a deposit after it has been credited to your Wallet will be treated as fraud and may result in Account closure and legal action.

777se offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL fixtures and other major cricket tournaments. Each promotion is governed by specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry timeframes — published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

By claiming any bonus on the 777se Platform, you accept the specific terms associated with that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your Wallet. Real-money balances are used before Bonus Funds in all Wager calculations unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, and payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• 777se reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations already incurred by the player at the point of cancellation will be honoured.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or low-risk wagering designed solely to clear requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
• Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific free spin promotion terms.

All casino games available on the 777se Platform — including slots, table games, live dealer games, crash games, and instant games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 777se system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. Any technical malfunction that interrupts the normal operation of a game — including disconnection, server error, or payment processing failure — will be handled in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy, which generally voids the affected round and returns the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet.

• Players are responsible for ensuring their device, network connection, and browser are compatible with the Platform before placing Wagers.
• 777se does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any specific game title at all times.
• Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

The 777se sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL fixtures, international T20 matches, ODIs, and Test cricket — as well as other selected sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to market closure. The odds at which a Wager is accepted are the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system.

777se reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void any sportsbook market or individual Wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of: incorrect odds published due to technical error; a match being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled; verified evidence of match manipulation or spot-fixing; or any other extraordinary event that materially affects the integrity of the market.

• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — unless explicitly accepted as live in-play wagers — may be voided at 777se's discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delay and 777se accepts no liability for bets placed on events whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• Maximum stake limits and payout caps may apply to individual markets and will be displayed in the relevant market panel where applicable.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) are subject to the individual rules of each market included in the accumulator.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sportsbook market, the decision of 777se's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777se Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sportsbook market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate unintended winnings.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity including but not limited to identity theft, use of stolen payment credentials, or deliberate chargeback fraud.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles with minimal gambling activity.
• Placing Wagers on sporting events in which you have insider knowledge or a material conflict of interest.
• Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 777se staff member or other Player through any communication channel.

All content on the 777se Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, design elements, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of 777se or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 777se.

The 777se name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of 777se. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in domain names, social media profiles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777se shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

In particular, 777se accepts no liability for: losses resulting from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; losses arising from decisions made by Players based on information displayed on the Platform; or any interruption to in-play betting markets caused by circumstances beyond 777se's reasonable control.

777se collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is available at 777se.org/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes — including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, contact details, and financial information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. 777se does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

777se is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Player base. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from the Account dashboard following the 777se Login, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

The minimum age to use the 777se Platform is 21 years. 777se enforces this limit through identity verification at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional age verification checks at any time. 777se reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 777se will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or an on-platform notification before the changes take effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Your continued use of the 777se Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. Any Wagers placed or transactions completed before the effective date of an amendment remain subject to the Terms in force at the time those transactions occurred.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 777se's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. This clause does not limit 777se's right to seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraudulent activity.
